What is included in every plan?
Free includes the core booking page, Stripe Connect payments, customer records, and booking confirmation emails where enabled at low volume. Starter adds basic team tools. Growth adds unlimited bookings, waivers, broadcasts, reports, coupon codes, refundable damage deposits, priced add-ons, equipment, and dynamic pricing. Pro adds the lowest self-serve booking fee and a deeper support path for higher-volume teams.
What does booking fee mean?
ReservKit charges a percentage on each booking subtotal. This is separate from Stripe processing fees. At higher plan tiers, the ReservKit booking fee decreases.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes. ReservKit uses Stripe Connect to create the customer checkout flow, collect the plan-based booking fee where applicable, and route the connected-account payment through Stripe. Stripe controls payout timing, processing fees, and connected-account money movement.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled from the billing portal to prevent future renewals. Paid subscription charges are non-refundable except for billing errors, duplicate charges, fraud, or legally required refunds. Enterprise agreements follow the cancellation terms in the signed agreement.
