Stripe processing fees (~2.9% + 30¢) apply separately. ReservKit’s booking fee is charged on the booking subtotal. Tips are not marked up. Deposits are charged on what’s collected at checkout, not the full future balance.

What is included in every plan?
Free and Starter include the core booking page, Stripe Connect payments, customer records, and email confirmations. Growth adds reports, waivers, broadcasts, equipment, and dynamic pricing. Pro adds higher-tier advanced access.
What does booking fee mean?
ReservKit charges a percentage on each booking subtotal. This is separate from Stripe processing fees. At higher plan tiers, the ReservKit booking fee decreases.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes. ReservKit uses Stripe Connect, which means payments go directly to your Stripe account. You control your payout schedule and customer relationship.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled from the billing portal to prevent future renewals. Paid subscription charges are non-refundable except for billing errors, duplicate charges, fraud, or legally required refunds. Enterprise agreements follow the cancellation terms in the signed agreement.
What is early access?
Early access is limited pre-launch onboarding for operators who want help setting up the first real booking flow before ReservKit opens publicly.
