Staff
Bring your team into ReservKit. Assign roles, link staff to specific bookings, and give your crew the schedule view they need to run operations smoothly.
Inviting team members
Go to Settings → Team and click "Invite member." Enter the team member's email address and select their role. They'll receive an invitation email with a link to create their account and join your organization.
Team members can be part of multiple organizations — useful if you manage multiple brands or seasonal operations under different organization accounts.
Pending invitations are shown in the Team list until accepted. You can cancel a pending invitation at any time. Once a team member accepts, they appear as an active member and can log in immediately.
Staff roles and permissions
ReservKit has three roles. Choose the role that matches what each team member needs access to:
Owner
Full access to everything — billing, settings, all data. Only one owner per organization.
Admin
Full operational access: create and edit activities, manage bookings, add/remove staff. Cannot change billing.
Member
Can view and manage bookings, check in guests, and access the staff portal. Cannot edit activities or settings.
Assigning staff to bookings
Open any booking from the Bookings page and use the "Assigned staff" dropdown to assign one or more team members to that booking. Assigned staff can see the booking in their personal schedule view.
Assignments help your team know who is responsible for each trip, tour, or rental session. Staff who are assigned to a booking receive a notification (if notifications are enabled) and can view full booking details including customer contact info and any special requests.
You can also create staff tasks — pre-trip checklist items like equipment prep, boat inspection, or waiver verification — and assign them to specific team members from the Staff Tasks page.
Staff schedule view
Every team member sees a personal schedule view on their dashboard showing only the bookings they are assigned to. This gives your crew a focused view of their upcoming workday without the noise of the full calendar.
The schedule view shows the activity name, time, customer party size, and check-in status for each assigned booking. Staff can mark guests as checked in directly from this view.
Owners and admins see the full calendar with all bookings across all staff. Use the calendar filters to view by activity, staff member, or date range.
